We refund you in a LIT Gift Card
Important: Sale items are not allowed to be turned.
Can items be returned?
With certainty Yes, however this will be in a form of a LIT Gift Card and you can use this within 1 year from the day it was issued through online purchases.
We strive in taking great care by ensuring all the items we sell are in a good condition and as described, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
So when you received your delivered item(s) please take pictures immediately and foward them to our e-mail address info@lostintime.com. You will receive a 5% discount on your following purchase when excersizing this method. This method is so we can avoid any form of inconvience. If you find the clothes don’t fit or weren’t as you expected, we gladly accept returns, provided:
- The items are returned to us in their original condition within 7-10 days following delivery.
- Items sold as ‘never worn’ or ‘new’ are returned with the tag intact and are still new, unworn and unwashed.
- You will be held responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we received the return item, you’ll be refunded the original price of the item(s) if they are in their original condition and all return criteria are met, in the format of a LIT Gift Card

What address should I send my returns to?
Our boutique is at 13 Chatham Road, Observatory, Cape Town, 7935. You will receive return address details once you’ve registered your return request after making contact with us.
Can I get my money back?
We don’t refund in money. We will refund you the full amount in a LIT Gift Card. This Gift Card can be spend as an online purchase or in-store within one year after being issued.
How soon will I get my refund?
Maximum of 7 days after we have received and checked the return item(s)
Can I return an item that was on sale?
Sale items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Over 10 days have passed since an item I bought shipped. Am I still able to return it?
We operate a strict 10 day return policy, sorry.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes you can. Please let us know prior to shipping otherwise we will need to charge you for shipping costs.
